Individual Counselling and Psychotherapy

What to expect here
Individual therapy is a space where you can slow down, speak freely, and begin to understand yourself in new ways. You don’t need to arrive with a clear story or a fixed goal—just a willingness to explore what’s true for you. Sessions are guided by your pace and your needs. We might sit with difficult emotions, untangle relational patterns, or gently revisit past experiences that shaped how you see yourself and others. My approach is integrative and person-centred, which means I meet you with empathy, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. Therapy isn’t about fixing—it’s about softening self-judgment, deepening awareness, and finding new ways to relate to yourself and the world around you.

If you're not sure yet
You might be reading this and wondering if therapy is for you. Maybe things aren’t falling apart, but they don’t feel quite right either. Maybe you’re tired, overwhelmed, or quietly aching for something to shift. That’s okay. Therapy can be a place to begin—even if you don’t know where it will lead. It’s a space for asking questions, naming what’s been hard to say, and finding language for things that have felt unspeakable. You don’t have to be ready. You don’t have to be in crisis. You just have to arrive, as you are. And from there, we begin.
